This is a First Edition October 8, 1969 chart. It has been hand signed by Astronaut Alan Bean. This map chart shows not only the track of the Command Module around the Moon but also the Near and Far sides of the Moon and also the areas in darkness and illuminated during the flight.

Light wear along edges from handling, but is else in very good to fine condition. Has been stored rolled and will ship as such.
