Lord Eustace Perry was a British diplomat, politician, public servant, and aristocrat from the Percy family. He most notably served as President of the Board of Education under Stanley Baldwin between 1924 and 1929.

Very scarce book regarding the League of Nations, I can find no other copies in museum, library, or for sale at time of posting.

Worn, with sides of pest damage, discoloration, along cover. Interior largely clear and free from markings. Tightly bound Rough cut pages. May benefit from rebinding to improve asthetics.
